Cucumber Buttermilk with Prebiotic Fiber

  • 1 full cup of fresh curd
  • ½ fresh cucumber
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Inch ginger, nicely chopped (Optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 scoops SunFiber®


  • Wash & chop fresh cucumber, coriander & mint leaves.
  • Remove the skin of the cucumber if necessary.
  • In a blender add all ingredients along with 1 scoop of SunFiber® powder & churn properly for a smooth buttermilk.
  • Add some ice cubes at this time if desired or refrigerate buttermilk for minimum 30 minutes.
  • Pour cool the delicious drink in the serving glasses.
