"Sip, Refresh, and Beat the Heat with this Cucumber Buttermilk!"
Ingredients:
- 1 full cup of fresh curd
- ½ fresh cucumber
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 Inch ginger, nicely chopped (Optional)
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 scoops SunFiber®
Instruction:
- Wash & chop fresh cucumber, coriander & mint leaves.
- Remove the skin of the cucumber if necessary.
- In a blender add all ingredients along with 1 scoop of SunFiber® powder & churn properly for a smooth buttermilk.
- Add some ice cubes at this time if desired or refrigerate buttermilk for minimum 30 minutes.
- Pour cool the delicious drink in the serving glasses.
